Haven't heard of it, but if it's actually a game it's amazing. It looks like a version of Soul Caliber but made with game characters and DUDE YOU CAN STEAL THEIR WEAPONS AND USE THE BACKGROUND AS A WEAPON. If this is actually a game, I so need it. It'll also completely change fighting games.
