Anywho, Vic has a shinigami!

Personality: He gets annoyed very easily. He hates to be bossed around or told what to do. The only way he'll do something is if he agrees with it and wants to do it himself.
Background: He is very talented among the Shinigami. He found a rule that stated that Shinigami could choose to make themselves visible to the human eye, but most just ignore that rule or don't know of it. So, over the many years he had taught himself to appear human. He would go down to the human realm and would mingle with them. Only those who had touched his deathnote would be able to see his true form, or just his human form with wings. When Ryuk and Zaris came to him to join their plan, he refused, but they forced him eventually. He went to America, and found an interesting girl. He statas showed that she had a deathnote, or at least touched one, but there was no Shinigami in sight. He chose her after learning her past and plans, both of them wanting revenge.

Personality: Calm, smart, cute, always chewing gum...A lot like L (hinthint...)
Background: Not much is known about this girl, other than she just randomly started to be interested in Eve and Kiki. Looking a lot like the first L, has made Eve worry. And eventually Eve figures out Vic's true identity, but Vic goes to her lowest and gets rid of Eve permanently.
