"Food." A wizard called into the cell. The tray of meat and barries slid through the hatch in the door, followed by a whisp of blue clouds that unlocked and temprally broke the spells on the locks that held the prisoner. "Oh, and happy 100th anerversary." The hatch closed and the wizard walked away, his foot steps and laughter echoing through the prison halls.
The prisoner, Uthail fell to the ground, the chains now unattached from the walls of her ice prision. She popped a barry into her mouth. "100 years--100 years I've been locked in this cell. Heh, one would think I'd find a way to escape by now," she laughed. She quickly finished her meal and kicked the tray at the door. The blue clouds that floated around the ends of the chains lifted them back into place on the walls.
She sighed, her breath blowing out in cool white clouds. Another day locked up. Her head hung down, her eyes closed, the memories of the past playing in her mind. She remembered the days when she caused chaos in her world. Freezing the lands and seas. Just the thought of her made the folks run and hide. And to see her was a sign of death. Many died by her hand. She'd watch as they would slowly freeze to death. And even some commit suicide to end their suffering...
"Ah...Those were the days." She smiled. Her head shot up, her eyes glowing a bright blue, as she examined her surroundings. Her cell was in the center section of the prision. The only way she'd escape was to shoot straight upward, through the top, or--
"The Portals--" She gave a loud and high pitched laugh, as she finally knew how to escape this dreded cage of her's.
